FACES mapped, counted, and conducted a census of the all of the households in Obunga informal settlement in Kisumu County this past week! The next phase of our population-based Community Health Initiative approach is to deliver multi-disease health services through community health campaigns. Services include HIV testing and counseling; linkage to HIV care, treatment and prevention services; screening and referral for TB, malaria, hypertension, diabetes, and cervical cancer; and referrals for voluntary male medical circumcision.
